What is needed for a tune up on a 03 vw golf 50K miles ?

i have a '03 vw golf 50K miles 5 speed . What parts are needed for a full tune up? should i change the transmission oil ?What is needed for a tune up on a 03 vw golf 50K miles ?For a complete tune, you need to do this;

1. change oil

2. change oil filter

3. change spark plug

4. change air filter

5. change fuel filter

6. change transmission oil or ATF

7. check belts

8. check all fluids( coolant,brake and freon)

9. check/clean/replace brake pads/rotor/shoe

10. check tire

11. check tire pressure

12. check a/c condition

Basically these are the thing to be done in a 50k miles tune-up. Hope this might help!
