Want to Trade in my 1999 VW Golf 2Dr Hatchback?

I was trying to use Kelly blue book to estimate my car value but not sure which category it falls in to? Anyway it's a 1999 VW Golf 2Dr Hatch back with 124,000 miles. ABS is not functioning and some scratch around the bumper. Is that poor or fair condition? You know how much I could possibly get for a trade-in?Want to Trade in my 1999 VW Golf 2Dr Hatchback?id have to say poor if your abs is not working.
