You cut that roof off, you're asking for the car to fold in half.
Either sell the car and get a vert, or look in to some aftermarket cut-in sunroofs and ragtop kits. Ragtop kits go in and open up nearly the entire top if you get a large one.
sss.Slidingragtops.com has universal kits in various sizes. Just call them and get the largest you can fit in the space. They can probably tell you which to use.
