No dip, no stick, book useless and vw dealer only says bring it in so we may take your money. Help is needed if possible. You mean the dip stick for the autodrive oil?Sorry mate there is nothing like that for the beetle-to check the tranny oil or refill, you need a scantool or the dealer. Apart from the scantool, this check is also done at a specific temperature of the tranny fluid.



I know your frustration, but sorry this is the car.

If you are looking for you oil dip stick, pop open the hood walk to the front of the car. There should be a orange circle pull it out that is your dip stick.
