What amperage of alternator is needed for a 2000 VW Polo 1.4 with power steering?

I need to get a new alternator for my 2000 VW Polo 1.4 with power steering and no air-conditioning, but I need to know the amperage rating and ideally the part number for it. Can anyone help at all? Also, it'd be great if anyone knows the normal price for one without fitting.What amperage of alternator is needed for a 2000 VW Polo 1.4 with power steering?It's about 90A, if memory serves.
